WILDFIRE PROTECTION ACCESS. Wildfire protection access will be consistent with the Wildfire Protection Plan attached as Exhibit G. A thirty (30) foot Wildfire Protection Zone (WPZ) will be reserved as depicted on Exhibit B and Exhibit G for fire protection access. Within the thirty (30) foot WPZ shall exist a continuous fourteen (14) foot path clear of obstruction throughout the entire length of all WPZs for the purpose of emergency vehicle access. Maintenance of the WPZ shall be provided by the Property Owners' Association as provided in paragraph 7 herein. 7.
