WILD Clause Samples

The "WILD" clause typically serves to address situations or elements in a contract that are unpredictable, unregulated, or outside the standard terms. In practice, this clause might apply to unforeseen events, ambiguous circumstances, or matters not expressly covered elsewhere in the agreement, providing a mechanism for handling such contingencies. Its core function is to ensure that the contract remains adaptable and enforceable even when unexpected or undefined issues arise, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
