Common use of WIDOW'S GMP Clause in Contracts

WIDOW'S GMP. Where the Member is a man and dies at any time leaving a Widow, she shall be entitled, subject to 1.4 below, to receive a pension from the Scheme at a rate equivalent to a weekly rate of not less that half that guaranteed minimum.

WIDOW'S GMP. Where the Member is a man and dies at any time leaving a Widow, she shall be entitled, subject to 1.4 5.4 below, to receive a pension from the 66 Scheme paid at a rate equivalent to a weekly rate of not less that than half that guaranteed minimum.
