Common use of Whole Loans Clause in Contracts

Whole Loans. The Trust includes several Mortgage Loans each of which is part of a whole loan structure secured by the same Mortgaged Property. The Whole Loans relating to the Trust are the whole loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified in the following table. The table also lists, for each Whole Loan, the type of the Whole Loan, the Non-Serviced PSA (if any), and the type of Companion Loan(s). (1) On and after the securitization of Note A-1, the Compass Storage National Portfolio Whole Loan will be serviced pursuant to the Non-Serviced PSA governing the securitization of such note.
