With respect to any Whole Loan, each of the Mortgage Loan and the Pari Passu Companion Loan(s) are pari passu with each other to the extent provided in the related Intercreditor Agreement, and any AB Subordinate Companion Loan(s) is generally subordinate to the related Mortgage Loan and any Pari Passu Companion Loan(s) to the extent provided in the related Intercreditor Agreement. Each Serviced Whole Loan will be serviced and administered in accordance with this Agreement and the related Intercreditor Agreement. Each Non-Serviced Whole Loan will be serviced and administered in accordance with the related Non-Serviced PSA and the related Intercreditor Agreement. The Companion Loans are not part of the Trust Fund, but are each secured by the applicable Mortgage that secures the related Mortgage Loan that is part of the Trust Fund. Amounts attributable to any Companion Loan will not be part of the Trust Fund, and (except to the extent that such amounts are payable or reimbursable to any party to this Agreement) will be owned by the related Companion Holders. For purposes of calculating interest and other amounts payable on the International Plaza Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage Note was divided into two components (each, a “Component” and, collectively, the “Components”) as follows: “Component A” and “Component B”.
