Which Vessels Clause Samples
Which Vessels. The Vessels governed by the provisions of this Agreement are the Vessels notified in writing by the Customer to the Operator, whether prior to the commencement of this Agreement or from time to time during the Term.
Which Vessels. The vessels governed by the provisions of this Agreement consist of:
(a) those vessels on which the Customer is a nominated slot charterer where such vessels call at a Terminal, as notified in writing by the Customer to the Operator; and
(b) any Customer Vessel Operators also referred to as Customer Vessels.
Which Vessels. The Vessels governed by the provisions of this Agreement will be those Vessels owned, chartered, operated or leased by the Customer and notified in writing by the Customer to the Operator, prior to the Commencement Service Date of this Agreement or from time to time during the term of this Agreement (including, without limitation, the vessels specified in Schedule 4). The Customer shall inform the Operator at least ten (10) days prior to the arrival of any new vessel that is to berth at the Terminal. The Customer shall provide the general arrangement of the new vessel and any other appropriate information at least seven (7) working days prior to the vessel’s arrival at the Terminal.
