Wherify Wireless. Except as expressly provided herein, Executive will not, without the Employer's express written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld (i) engage in any employment or business activity other than for the Employer or (ii) solicit the business of any client or customer of the Employer (other than on behalf of the Employer); provided that Executive may serve in any capacity with any civic, educational, or charitable organization to the extent that such services do not substantially interfere with Executive's duties under this Agreement.
