Common use of Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties. the respective rights and obligations of said parties, including, but not limited to, the rights and obligations set forth in Sections 10 through 12 hereof and this Section 15, shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Wherever appropriate to the intention of the Parties. hereto, the respective rights and obligations of said partiesthe Parties, including, but not limited to, including the rights and obligations set forth referred to in Sections 10 through 12 hereof 10, 11, 14, 15 and this Section 1519, shall hereof, will survive any termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement.
