Where You do Modify Clause Samples
The "Where You do Modify" clause defines the conditions and locations under which a party is permitted to make modifications to a product, service, or document. Typically, this clause specifies whether modifications are allowed only in certain environments (such as test versus production), or if they must be documented and tracked in a particular way. Its core function is to ensure that any changes are made in a controlled and transparent manner, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized or untraceable modifications.
Where You do Modify. You agree to do all things necessary, including to supply a complete copy of the source code and all supporting documentation relevant to any source code that it develops and to sign any further agreement or document as may be necessary to give full effect to this sub-clause 5.7.
