Where the College. provides residential accommodation for Learners, the College must inform the Department of the provision of such residential accommodation, must record this information on Get Information about Schools and will comply with the requirements of the national minimum standards for residential accommodation for Children in Colleges published from time to time by the Secretary of State under section 87C of the Children Act 1989.
