Where Settlement is effected on a day other than a Banking Day, we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that you receive value on the next Banking Day.
Where Settlement. Class Members did not provide GCPA with an email address, or the email notice is unable to be delivered via email address, the Settlement Administrator shall mail the Short Form Notice to the postal address used for providing notice to the Settlement Class Members by GCPA on or about August 6, 2021. Prior to completing the mailing, the address shall be run through the National Change of Address database ("NCOA"). Where a mailing is returned with a forwarding address at least 14-days prior to the Claims Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall resend the Notice to the updated address. Where a mailing is returned undeliverable with no forwarding address at least 14-days prior to the Claims Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall make reasonable efforts (such as skip tracing) to locate the correct address for the Settlement Class Member and resend.
