Where NCFE Sample Clauses

Where NCFE during the Term of this Agreement, grants to the Recipient a licence to use any of NCFE's Background Intellectual Property Rights for use in connection with the Project (including without limitation NCFE's name and logo): 13.3.1 the Parties hereby agree and acknowledge that such licence is revocable and non- exclusive and that the Recipient may only use NCFE's Background Intellectual Property Rights for the purpose of the Project; 13.3.2 the Recipient shall not give permission to any third party to use NCFE's Background Intellectual Property Rights without NCFE's prior written consent; and 13.3.3 the Recipient shall, on termination or expiry of this Agreement, cease to use such Background Intellectual Property Rights immediately and shall either return or destroy such Background Intellectual Property Rights as requested by NCFE.
