Where Inergi Sample Clauses

Where Inergi requires an employee to take an educational leave, the company will pay the employee’s full salary, health and dental benefits and reimbursable costs, including all reasonable incremental expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation, meals).
Where Inergi requires an employee on leave to return to work prior to the expiry of the approved leave, the company will assume all expenses incurred as a result of this action.
