Where DHS Clause Samples
The 'Where DHS' clause defines the specific circumstances or locations in which the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is involved or has authority under the agreement. In practice, this clause may outline the physical sites, jurisdictions, or operational contexts where DHS personnel, resources, or oversight are applicable, such as federal facilities, border checkpoints, or designated emergency zones. Its core function is to clearly delineate the scope of DHS's involvement, ensuring all parties understand when and where DHS's rights, responsibilities, or interventions are triggered, thereby preventing jurisdictional confusion and promoting operational clarity.
