Common use of Whenever Applicable Clause in Contracts

Whenever Applicable. Legislation requires that evidence referred to in subsection 10.03(1) be in the form of a statutory declaration, the Trustee may accept such statutory declaration in lieu of a certificate of the Corporation required by any provision hereof. Any such statutory declaration may be made by one or more of the chairman, chief executive officer, president or any vice-president of the Corporation.

Any such statutory declaration may be made by one or more of the chairman, chief executive officer, president officers or any vice-president directors of the CorporationCompany.

Any such statutory declaration may be made by one or more of the chairman, chief executive officer, president chairman or any vice-president chairman of the board, president, executive vice-presidents, vice-presidents, secretary, treasurer, assistant secretary or assistant treasurer of the Corporation.
