Whenever a Covered Sample Clauses

Whenever a Covered. Call Option written by the Fund and described in the preceding paragraph of this Article is exercised, the Fund shall promptly deliver to the Custodian a Certificate instructing the Custodian to deliver, or to direct the Depository to deliver, the Securities subject to such Covered Call Option and specifying: (a) the name of the issuer and the title and number of shares subject to the Covered Call Option; (b) the Clearing Member to whom the underlying Securities are to be delivered; and (c) the total amount payable to the Fund upon such delivery. Upon the return and/or cancellation of any receipts delivered pursuant to paragraph 6 of this Article, the Custodian shall deliver, or direct the Depository to deliver, the underlying Securities against payment of the amount to be received as set forth in such Certificate.

Whenever a Covered. Call Option written by the Corporation and described in the preceding paragraph of this Article is exercised, the Corporation shall promptly deliver to the Custodian a Certificate instructing the Custodian to deliver, or to direct the Depository to deliver, the Securities subject to such Covered Call Option and specifying: (a) the Series for which such Covered Call Option was written; (b) the name of the issuer and the title and number of shares subject to the Covered Call Option;
