When using Documentary Operations Clause Samples

When using Documentary Operations the Client may use, on multiple basis, the service related to issuance of bank guarantee, documentary lien, letter of credit, standby letter of credit considering that the total aggregated amount of financial indebtedness and maturity terms in relation to such service shall not exceed the maximum limits determined under the General Credit Line (maturity term, total credit limit etc).
