When Termination Effective. Termination under this Article will take effect as provided for in the Notice. A14.0 FUNDS AT THE END OF A FUNDING YEAR A14.1 Funds at the End of a Funding Year. Without limiting any rights of the Province under Article A13.0, if the Recipient has not spent all of the Funds allocated for the Funding Year as provided for in the Budget, the Province may take one or both of the following actions: (a) demand from the Recipient payment of the unspent Funds; and (b) adjust the amount of any further instalments of Funds accordingly.
