WHEN SECURITY BECOMES ENFORCEABLE. The security constituted by this Assignment will be immediately enforceable, and the powers conferred by applicable law, as varied and extended by this Deed shall be exercisable at any time after any occurrence which constitutes an Event of Default under the Venture Loan Agreement and/or the Debentures.
