When Final. At sentencing—or at any time before sentencing if the defendant con- sents—the preliminary forfeiture order be- comes final as to the defendant. If the order directs the defendant to forfeit specific prop- erty, it remains preliminary as to third par- ties until the ancillary proceeding is con- cluded under Rule 32.2(c).
