WHEEL CHOCKS Sample Clauses
The WHEEL CHOCKS clause requires the use of wheel chocks to prevent vehicles or equipment from unintentionally moving while parked or during loading and unloading operations. Typically, this clause mandates that operators place chocks against the wheels of trucks, trailers, or other mobile equipment whenever they are stationary in designated areas, especially on inclines or at loading docks. Its core practical function is to enhance safety by minimizing the risk of accidental movement, thereby protecting personnel, equipment, and property from potential harm or damage.
