WHAT THIS AGREEMENT COVERS. In return for YOUR payment for this AGREEMENT and subject to its terms, YOU will be provided with the protection described herein. Subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT and each applicable selected plan, YOUR AGREEMENT will pay to repair, perform or reimburse the COVERED PARTS described herein due to FAILURE, less any applicable DEDUCTIBLE. Replacement parts may be new, remanufactured or used. The use of non-original manufacturer's parts is permitted. Repairs to COVERED PARTS must be performed by an AUTHORIZED Repair Facility. This AGREEMENT term includes the MANUFACTURER’S Limited WARRANTY period. The effective date and miles shall be the date when the vehicle was first put into factory WARRANTY service (Vehicle In Service Date) either by retail sale, fleet, lease or demonstrator and at zero miles. YOUR AGREEMENT will expire when the plan term months have passed from the Vehicle In Service Date or when YOUR vehicle odometer reading equals the plan term miles, whichever occurs first. COVERED PARTS shall mean any part except for the parts and provisions listed under NON- COVERED PARTS and WHAT IS NOT COVERED. EMERGENCY ROADSIDE/TOWING ASSISTANCE Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. YOU will have to pay for any costs in excess of the $100.00 per occurrence limit plus any non-covered costs. Just call TOLL-FREE 1-XXX- XXX-XXXX (please use reference code XXX) and a service vehicle will be dispatched to YOUR assistance. Important: Please be with YOUR vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle. Service provided must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. Coverage is extended to the Covered Vehicle only. NOTE: ONLY Roadside/Towing Assistance obtained through this number will be honored. The following are covered emergencies, subject to the $100.00 per occurrence limitation:

YOUR AGREEMENT Agreement will expire when the plan term months have passed from the Vehicle In Service Date or when YOUR vehicle odometer ODOMETER reading equals the plan term miles, whichever occurs first. COVERED PARTS shall mean DRIVE BELTS/COOLING SYSTEM HOSES WE will pay YOU or a repairer the COST to remedy any FAILURE to Drive Belts and Cooling System Hoses. TRIP INTERRUPTION REIMBURSEMENT WE will reimburse YOUR out-of-pocket expenses up to $100 per day for emergency travel/trip interruption, if YOUR VEHICLE is disabled and kept in the shop overnight, due to a FAILURE occurring when YOU are 100 miles (or more) away from home. Reimbursement may be for meals, lodging and alternate transportation when expenses are paid to a commercial place of business. Maximum reimbursement will not exceed $500 aggregate over the lifetime of the Agreement. PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE ADMINISTRATOR AND PAID RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR REIMBURSEMENT. VEHICLE RENTAL EXPENSE WE will pay YOUR out-of-pocket expenses to rent a replacement vehicle from an AUTHORIZED rental agency if: During the Agreement Term, repairs to YOUR VEHICLE are caused by a FAILURE or during the WARRANTY period, repairs to YOUR VEHICLE are covered by WARRANTY and it is inoperable. The following schedule will be used based on labor repair time, to reimburse YOU for substitute transportation. Repair Time* Required # of Days Maximum Allowed Reimbursement .1 - 5 Hours 1 $30 5.1 - 10 Hours 2 $60 10.1 - 20 Hours 3 $90 20.1 - 30 Hours 4 $120 30.1 - 40 Hours 5 $150 *Repair time is the estimated repair time listed in the applicable National Manufacturer's "flat rate" repair manual. The total dollar limit per repair visit can be increased over and above the scheduled limits by $150 with $30 per day limit, if repairs are delayed because of the Dealer's failure to deliver their manufacturer's replacement part except and WE are notified of the delay within the first 2 days of the rental period. This benefit is not subject to a DEDUCTIBLE but is provided only for as long as we deem reasonable to complete repairs. TOWING AND ROAD SERVICE WE will pay YOUR out-of-pocket expenses up to $75 for towing and emergency road service labor, if YOUR VEHICLE becomes disabled, provided such emergency road service labor is performed at the scene. If YOUR VEHICLE is disabled during the term of the WARRANTY period, this protection will apply only for the parts and provisions listed under NON- COVERED PARTS and WHAT IS NOT COVERED. Service provided Covered services must be performed at a commercial service facility at the time/mileage intervals stated in the maintenance schedule, commencing from the date and miles when this Agreement was purchased. If YOUR VEHICLE requires SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE during the term of the WARRANTY period, this coverage will apply only for the amount in excess of the amount covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENTby WARRANTY. Replacement parts may be new, remanufactured or used. The use of non-original manufacturer's parts is permitted. Repairs to COVERED PARTS must be performed by an AUTHORIZED Repair Facility. This AGREEMENT term includes the MANUFACTURER’S Limited WARRANTY period. The effective date and miles shall be the date when the vehicle was first put into factory WARRANTY service (Vehicle In Service Date) either by retail sale, fleet, lease or demonstrator and at zero miles. RENTAL COVERAGE WE will pay the charge to rent a replacement vehicle or pay for public transportation up to $100.00 30 per occurrence limit plus any non-covered costs. Just call TOLL-FREE 1-XXX- XXX-XXXX (please use reference code XXX) day and a maximum of $150 per repair visit if the VEHICLE is accepted for mechanical repairs or services covered by either YOUR New Vehicle Limited or Powertrain Warranty or this Agreement. No DEDUCTIBLE will apply. If the VEHICLE is repaired at the SELLING DEALERSHIP the dollar limit will increase to $35 per day and a maximum of $175 per repair visit, or in the event of a parts delay, a maximum benefit of $245 per repair visit, as long as WE are notified of the parts delay within the first five (5) days of the rental period. This coverage is available only if the repair or service vehicle requires 2.0 or more labor time guide hours or cause the VEHICLE to be inoperable and kept in the repair facility overnight. Rental reimbursements will be dispatched to YOUR assistancemade only for rental vehicles obtained through dealerships or licensed rental agencies. If YOUR New Vehicle Limited or Powertrain Warranty is in effect, rental coverage will apply for only that amount in excess of the amount covered by that warranty or any courtesy transportation program. TOWING AND ROAD SERVICE WE will pay or reimburse YOU for towing or emergency road service expenses for any disablement of YOUR VEHICLE up to a maximum of $50 per occurrence. YOU must provide US with a receipt in order for covered benefit under the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENTexpenses to be reimbursed. Coverage is extended limited to one CLAIM per occurrence. No DEDUCTIBLE will apply. If YOUR VEHICLE is towed to and repaired at the Covered SELLING DEALERSHIP, the tow payment or reimbursement maximum will increase up to $75 per occurrence. For Towing and Emergency Road Service Assistance call 0-000-000-0000 If YOUR New Vehicle only. NOTE: ONLY Roadside/Limited or Powertrain Warranty is in effect, Towing Assistance obtained through this number and Road Service will be honoredlimited to only that amount which is in excess of the amount covered by that warranty. The TRIP INTERRUPTION If a covered FAILURE occurs more than 100 miles from YOUR home and before YOU reach YOUR destination and results in a licensed repair facility keeping YOUR VEHICLE overnight, WE will reimburse YOU up to $75 per day and a maximum of $375 per repair visit for unplanned hotel and restaurant expenses while YOUR VEHICLE is being repaired at the licensed repair facility. Original receipts must be provided. No DEDUCTIBLE will apply. WHAT THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT COVER WE will not pay anything under this Agreement for: carburetors, batteries, battery cables, shock absorbers, manual transmission clutch assembly, friction clutch disc and pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearings, manual linkages, distributor cap and rotor, glass, lenses, headlamps and projection lamp assemblies, sealed beams, light bulbs, fuses, circuit breakers, brake rotors and drums, exhaust system, evaporative and exhaust emission systems, catalytic converter, weather strips, trim, moldings, bright metal, chrome, upholstery and carpet, zippers, fasteners, hinges, cup holders, dash pad and vents, seat tracks, seat frames, seat recliner mechanisms, paint, outside ornamentation, inside and outside door handles, manual and manual remote mirrors, bumpers, body sheet metal and panels, body parts, rust damage, chassis frame, frame and engine cradles, cross members, body rails, body mounts, brackets and structural body parts, hatch and hood lift cylinders, vinyl and convertible tops, tires, wheels/rims, mechanical adjustments, and air conditioning recharging. Additionally, repairs to correct squeaks, rattles, air/wind noise, air/water leaks, odors, and contaminated fuel systems are not covered. Also not covered are any maintenance services and parts described in YOUR VEHICLE manufacturers owner’s manual and all other normal maintenance services and parts which include, but are not limited to: suspension/steering/wheel alignments, wheel balancing, tune-ups, spark plugs, spark plug wires, glow plugs, hoses (except high pressure steering and air conditioning hoses), heater and vacuum hoses, radiator hoses, drive belts, timing belts (if not replaced at manufacturer recommended maintenance interval), brake pads, brake shoes, drain/fill plugs, wiper blades, shop supplies, environmental waste, freight, or storage charges. Attaching nuts, bolts, studs or attaching hardware, fluids, lubricants, coolants, air conditioner recharge, and filters will not be covered except where required in connection with a FAILURE.
