Wharf Quantities. The quantity of Light Products delivered by Valero to Mobil at the Wharf shall be determined at the load tank gauge, provided it is static. If such tank is not static, then the measurement shall be determined at the receiving tank gauge, provided it is static. If neither tank is static then the measurement shall be made at the barge gauge at the Refinery. All gauging shall be done by the independent inspector jointly selected by the Parties. Absent manifest error such inspector's determination shall be final and binding on the Parties.

If the shore tank is not static then the measurement shall be made at the marine vessel gauge. All gauging shall be done by an independent inspector jointly selected by the Parties. Absent manifest error such inspector's determination shall be final and binding on the Parties.
