WGN. During each calendar year of the Initial Term of this Agreement, USS shall ship via WGN not less than ninety percent (90%) of its iron ore, iron ore pellets, and coke received from ocean vessels at Mobile for shipment to Fairfield Works. For the six (6) month period July 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998, calendar year 1998 shipments will be used to judge performance.
