WESTWING SUBSTATION Clause Samples

The "Westwing Substation" clause defines the specific substation facility referenced in the agreement, typically identifying its location, ownership, and operational parameters. In practice, this clause clarifies which substation is involved in the transaction or service, such as specifying the point of interconnection for power delivery or the facility responsible for certain grid functions. By clearly designating the Westwing Substation, the clause ensures all parties understand the exact infrastructure involved, thereby preventing confusion and disputes regarding responsibilities or service points.
