Weston. Point Salt Works is subject to the covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and other matters of whatsoever nature contained or referred to in the following documents (so far as they affect such property and are still subsisting):

Weston. No entertainment is authorized under this Agreement and no entertainment expenses will be reimbursed under this Agreement, except as defined as part of any specific Purchase Order Release authorized hereunder. Entertainment includes the purchase of meals or refreshments for any individual other than CONSULTANT.

Weston. Marks agrees that he does not have any proprietary interest in the Documents and shall deliver the same to Weston upon termination of his employment. (iv) solicits the trade or patronage of any Weston clients or prospective clients to whom there are pending proposals regardless of the location of such clients or prospective clients with respect to any technologies, services, products, Trade Secrets, or other matters in which Weston is active. Such restrictions shall only apply to clients that Marks had direct or indirect contact with while employed at Weston or to technologies, services, products or Trade Secrets that Marks was involved with or had access to while employed at Weston.

Weston receipt by Agent of the opinion of Borrower's counsel addressed to Agent and each Lender and satisfactory in form and substance to Agent covering certain legal matters addressed in Article 4 hereof and such additional matters relating to the transactions contemplated hereby as Agent may reasonably request;
