Common use of Western Power Clause in Contracts

Western Power. (i) will pay the amount properly included in an invoice by electronic transfer to the bank account specified in the Fee Schedule or to such other bank account as notified by the Service Provider from time to time; (ii) is under no obligation to verify the accuracy of the bank account details provided by the Service Provider; and (iii) is not responsible for any delays in payment or any errors due to factors outside the reasonable control of Western Power including, but not limited to, delays in the banking system or incorrect details being provided by the Service Provider.
