West Lot. Each Owner (other than Hayden Condo) shall be granted the number of Permits set forth on Exhibit “G” for unreserved parking in the parking spaces in the West Lot (other than the Hayden Condo Reserved Spaces) (the “West Lot Permits”).
West Lot. In consideration of, and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement (including, without limitation, the Permit provisions in Section 3.6 below), Holualoa, JAH Ventures, the City, and Hayden Condo, as fee title owners of the Hayden Station Parking Lot, the 5th & Ash Parking Lot, the City Parking Lot, and the Hayden Condo Reserved Area, respectively, hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey or ratify and confirm, as applicable, to the other Owners, for the benefit of the other Owners and their respective Permittees, a permanent, non-exclusive easement in, to, over, across, under and through their respective parcels for the parking of vehicles in the parking spaces now or hereinafter located thereon, together with the right of vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress to and from such parking spaces by means of the drive aisles, entrance and exit ramps, stairs and access points that may exist thereon from time to time.
