Unless the Premises are served by public water supply, the SELLER represents that the Premises are supplied by a well and pipes located entirely within the Premises' lot lines, that said well and pipes serve no other premises and that, during the SELLER's entire period of ownership, the well has produced sufficient clear and potable water for normal domestic use.
