WELL LOGS. Although no new ▇▇▇▇▇ are required at the time of the adoption of this Order, if future conditions require the installation of additional monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇, a boring log and a monitoring well construction log shall be submitted for each new sampling well established for this monitoring program, as well as a report of inspection or certification that each well has been constructed in accordance with the construction standards of the Department of Water Resources. These shall be submitted within 45 days after well installation.
