Common use of WEIGHT LIMIT Clause in Contracts

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 tons for a 12-15yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 tons for a 12-15yd and 4 tons for a 20 yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 35 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 (2) tons for a 12-1514yd and (2) tons for a 12 yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 per 125.00/ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 1 ton for a 11yd, 1.5 tons for a 13yd, 2 tons for a 12-15yd, 6 tons for 30yd. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 40 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster. 30yd dumpsters pay by the tonnage @ $40 per ton on all weight.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 tons for a 12-15yd15 yard dumpster. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 $ 65 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.

WEIGHT LIMIT. Customer agrees to restrict tonnage to 2 1.5 tons for a 12-15ydyd dumpster. If Customer exceeds the relevant tonnage limit, Customer hereby agrees to pay an additional fee of $45 85 per ton for each ton in excess of the limit for that dumpster.
