Weekly Reports; Right to Request Cash Collateral Payment. Upon written request of the Administrative Agent, not later than each Weekly Reporting Date occurring at least 14 days after the Servicer’s receipt of such request and continuing until the Administrative Agent gives written notice that it no longer desires Weekly Reports, the Servicer shall deliver to each of the Co-Agents, a Weekly Report of the dollar amount of cash collections and the number of requisitions, in each case, for the second preceding week (the “Report Week”). If the dollar amount of cash Collections or the number of requisitions for the Report Week is less than 50% of the arithmetic average of the corresponding figures for the four immediately preceding Report Weeks, upon request of either of the Co-Agents, the Servicer shall provide a written computation of the Cash Collateral Payment within 3 Business Days after such request.
