Weekly Remittance Reports. No later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time), two (2) calendar days prior to each Remittance Date (if such date is not a Business Day, one (1) Business Day prior to such Remittance Date), in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion, a weekly remittance report showing all Collections and proposed distributions under Section 2.6(b) and setting forth the applicable information as described in the form attached as Schedule N.
