Weekly Financial Reporting Sample Clauses

Weekly Financial Reporting. HLBE shall fail to deliver to AgStar by 3:00 p.m. (Minneapolis, MN Time) on each Friday during the term of this Agreement: (i) weekly financial and operating reports, including without limitation its statements of cash flows and income statements; (ii) a weekly budget forecast for the operation of the Project; and (iii) such other reports relating to the financial condition or operation of the Project, in each case in a form and substance acceptable to AgStar in its sole discretion.
