WEDDING PACKAGES a. Modifications, substitutions, or changes require written permission and may result in pricing adjustments. b. Unlimited Tap Beer: Includes domestic taps, served from the bar, starting no earlier than 2pm to midnight on the Day of Event. Some restrictions apply. ii. Partial Open Bar: Based on the final guest count and specific package selected. Includes standard and premium drinks. Top shelf and special orders are not included. Up charges are passed on to guests, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. iii. Full Open Bar: Includes all drinks, for all guests, all day starting at the scheduled bar opening time to midnight. Signature drink(s) are limited to 2 options or less, prepared behind the bar, as ordered. Additional guests above and beyond the final guest count for the reception and/or dance are not included. Restrictions apply. h. Wine: Limited to in-house wine options. See wine menu. i. Champagne: limited to in-house champagne options.

WEDDING PACKAGES. We offer different Wedding Packages for different months of the year. Please look at your front page with details what is included in your wedding package. 5.1 All Wedding Packages include civil ceremony room hire, full exclusivity of Dunedin Country House and the resident DJ. 5.2 You are to arrange for the registrar to attend from East Riding of Yorkshire Council Registration Services and the registrar’s fees are not included in this Contract. 5.3 All Peak Season Wedding Packages are priced on a minimum of 60 Day Guests and 100 Evening Guests. All Out Of Season Wedding Packages are priced on a minimum of 40 Day Guests And 80 Evening Guests. We can accommodate a maximum of 100 Day Guests and 160 Evening Guests, but additional fees apply for each Day Guest and Evening Guest over the minimum guest allowance with the additional fees to be agreed. No deductions are made should the Day Guests and/or the Evening Guests fall below the minimum amount. 5.4 You can arrange to have your own DJ, band, or acoustic set but all entertainment must run through our noise limiter. Your entertainment must sign to agree that they will plug into the noise limiter to ensure that noise levels remain within the parameters of our licence. You and your entertainment agree to be jointly and severally liable for any costs incurred including fines, legal fees or otherwise should there be a breach of our licence because of the noise limiter not being used. 5.5 All entertainment must be agreed with us, and a DJ must cease at 12 midnight with live music finishing at 11.00pm. 5.6 Your entertainment must also have Public Liability Insurance of £2,000,000 and we are to be provided with a copy of the policy 12 weeks prior to the Original Wedding Date. 5.7 Amplification is strictly prohibited in the grounds; no microphones or speakers are permitted.

WEDDING PACKAGES. All wedding packages that include bedroom accommodations are quoted inclusive of buffet breakfast and exclusive of applicable national and local taxes, unless stated otherwise in the Event Agreement. Currently, national and local taxes on delegate packages are prevailing rate. Please note that delegate packages rate of tax are subject to change and you will be responsible for payment of taxes applicable at the time of your Event (as well as any rate increases resulting from tax increases).
