Common use of WEBGRAPHS SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

WEBGRAPHS SYSTEM. 1.1 TCA will grant Customer access to and use of the WebGraphs System through the TCA Website to produce WebGraphs Reports. 1.2 Customer must obtain an Internet connection, and any other software and equipment TCA notifies Customer from time to time is necessary to enable Customer to access and use the WebGraphs System. 1.3 TCA may upgrade, modify or replace the WebGraphs System from time to time.
