Web Equipment Sample Clauses

Web Equipment. Pageflex and its Licensors shall provide such server hardware, server-resident computer software, telecommunications or other network communications, and other equipment (collectively, the “Web Equipment”) linking the Web Environment to the World Wide Web as are commercially reasonable and necessary to provide You with access to the Web Environment. The Web Equipment will at all times be the property of Pageflex and its affiliates.
