Web Client. Help Desk” When an End User reports an issue via the Web Client “Help Desk” feature (Figure 1), an e-mail will be automatically sent by the system confirming receipt of the report. A member of the Biospatial CTS team will provide an initial response by e-mail within one business day after the issue is reported. If the question or issue is easily resolved, then the CTS team member will respond to the End User answering the question or describing resolution of the issue. Otherwise, the initial response contains a summary of the issue, a ticket number associated with the ticket, and an estimated time frame for resolution of the issue.
