Web-based Survey. A web-based survey will be designed and conducted to give a broad audience an opportunity to respond to specific questions and gauge the level of support for specific suggestions. The survey will be hosted on the Joint Use Agreement website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Information gathered during the joint public consultation process will be reviewed and analyzed along with input from internal organizational reviews, joint use best practices, and other research. All of this information will be synthesized by Convergence Consulting Group and forward to the Review Team Partners to develop collective recommendations for Shared Use of Facilities in the new Joint Use Agreement. All information provided to the Review Team Partners will be forwarded to the board.
