Web Based Software. The Contractor shall provide a private/isolated, intranet web- based access to tablet command and controls capabilities, including, but not limited to the ability to suspend an inmate or friends and family privileges for a set amount of time or until a specified date and time. The Contractor’s solution shall be compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge Web browsers and shall be accessible from both Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X platforms.
