Weather Information. Upon request of Pinnacle or its flight crews, Delta shall at its sole cost furnish Pinnacle and Mesaba such United States Weather Bureau information or data as may be available to Delta pursuant to a separate written agreement; provided, however, that neither Delta nor its employees will be responsible or liable for the accuracy thereof.
