Weather Information Clause Samples

The Weather Information clause establishes the requirements and procedures for providing and using weather data relevant to the contract or project. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for obtaining official weather reports, how weather conditions are to be documented, and what sources or standards are acceptable for verifying weather events. This clause is essential for determining whether weather-related delays or disruptions are excusable under the contract, thereby ensuring clarity and fairness in the allocation of risk associated with adverse weather conditions.
