Weapons and Dangerous Instruments. A student shall not possess, handle, transmit, use, or attempt to use ammunition, firearms, explosives, fireworks, knives, or any other object that can be considered a weapon while on school grounds or while attending school sponsored events or activities. This rule applies to normal school supplies such as pencils, scissors, razors, or compasses when they are possessed, handled, transmitted, used or attempted to be used in a manner which renders the object(s) dangerous.
