We will process the Personal Data Clause Samples

We will process the Personal Data. (a) in compliance with the obligation of Processors under the Data Protection Legislation; and (b) in accordance with the contract terms. 5.1 You warrant that you will comply with all Data Protection Legislation in respect of: (a) the processing of Personal Data and the exercise and performance of your rights and obligations under this contract; (b) all Personal Data to be provided to us in connection with the Services; (c) all instructions given by you to us in respect of the Personal Data; and (d) your processing operations, expertise, reliability and the resources required by you to implement suitable and sufficient technical and organisational measures to enable you to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation.
