WE MAY RECTIFY. (a) At any time, we may enter and remain in the Licensed Area in order to:
(i) do anything which you should have done under this Agreement but which it has not done or which we consider you have not done properly; or
(ii) remedy any breach of this Agreement by you.
(b) No later than 10 Business Days after we request you to do so, you must promptly pay all expenses and costs incurred by us in exercising our rights under paragraph (a).
