WBM Software Clause Samples
The 'WBM Software' clause defines the specific software products or components provided by WBM under the agreement. It typically outlines which software titles, versions, or modules are included, and may specify any associated documentation, updates, or support services. By clearly identifying the software covered, this clause ensures both parties understand the scope of deliverables and helps prevent disputes over what is included in the contract.
WBM Software. The license on the WBM Software shall be granted to Dassault Systemes in full consideration of the licenses granted and the services provided by Dassault Systemes under this Agreement. Therefore, no license fee shall apply to the WBM Software.
WBM Software. As consideration for the license on the CBD Software, PlanetCAD will provide maintenance on the WBM Software at no cost to Dassault Systemes.
