Water Purification Clause Samples

The Water Purification clause establishes requirements and standards for treating water to remove contaminants and ensure it is safe for its intended use. Typically, this clause outlines the methods, equipment, and quality benchmarks that must be met during the purification process, such as specifying acceptable filtration systems or chemical treatments. Its core function is to guarantee that water provided or used under the agreement meets health and safety standards, thereby protecting users and complying with regulatory obligations.
