Water Drafting Reports Sample Clauses
The Water Drafting Reports clause requires parties involved in a project to document and report the withdrawal or use of water from specific sources. Typically, this involves recording the amount of water drafted, the location, date, and purpose of use, and submitting these records to a designated authority or project manager at regular intervals. This clause ensures accurate tracking of water usage, promotes regulatory compliance, and helps prevent overuse or unauthorized extraction of water resources.
