Waste Unit. 8.A.(vi) AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF LIMA OIL REFINERY THIS AGREEMENT for the purchase and sale of assets ("Agreement") is made as of the 1st day of July, 1998 by and between BP Exploration & Oil Inc., an Ohio corporation ("BPO"), The Standard Oil Company, an Ohio corporation ("Standard"), and BP Oil Pipeline Company, a Delaware corporation ("BP Pipelines") and BP Chemicals Inc., an Ohio corporation ("BPC") on the one hand (collectively "Seller"), and ▇▇▇▇▇ Refining & Marketing, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Buyer") on the other hand.
