Washington, DC Law. This Agreement and all rights, duties and obligations hereunder shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws (not the choice of law) of the District of Columbia. Each party hereto agrees to accept and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Columbia. Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this Affiliation Agreement or the formation, breach or interpretation hereof, will be settled by arbitration before a panel of three (3) arbitrators in the District of Columbia, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Decisions by the arbitrators shall be final and binding and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any and all expenses of the party prevailing in the arbitration shall be reimbursed to the prevailing party by the non-prevailing party, and such payment obligation shall be enforceable as part of any such judgment.
