WARRRANTY AGAINST CORRUPT PRACTICES. 7.1. Distributor shall be bound by, abide by and strictly comply with both the letter and spirit of the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and any amendments to that Act. Distributor shall not make, or permit to be made, any payment to any official or employee of the Government of their Territory, of any territory thereof or of any department or instrumentality thereof to affect or influence any act or decision of any federal, state or local government or any department, agency or instrumentality.
